If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team by email or phone. Important: Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and include the original packaging. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described. In those cases, we'll cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Reserved Rights Regarding Refunds

Important: Once your return has been authorized, your item(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days. Returns received after this time-frame may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions of our Return Policy, including items that have been used, altered, washed, damaged, or returned without all original parts and packaging. Any suspected misuse or fraudulent return activity will be reviewed and handled accordingly.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged or is missing?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.

After reviewing your request, we'll gladly provide either a replacement or a full refund. If the item needs to be returned, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, or your building's mail-room. If you're still unable to locate your package, please contact your local shipping carrier to confirm the delivery details.
